PRIVACY POLICY

Alpha Apex Studio ("we") runs a small internal tool, Alpha Apex Publisher, that uploads our own game trailers and devlog videos to our own accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X at scheduled times. The tool is used only by the studio. It has no public sign-up and no other users.

WHAT DATA THE TOOL USES

• OAuth access and refresh tokens for the studio's own accounts, which the platforms issue when we authorize the tool.
• Basic account information returned by the platforms (account ID, channel or profile name), used to choose the right account.
• Our own video files, titles, descriptions and scheduled times.
• Public statistics of our own posts (views, likes), used only to see which of our videos work.

The tool does not collect, store or process personal data of viewers or any other people. It does not read comments, messages or other users' content.

STORAGE AND SHARING

Tokens are stored on a private server owned by the studio, readable only by the studio account, and are never sold or shared with anyone. Video files and texts are sent only to the platform they are published on.

YOUTUBE API SERVICES

The tool uses the YouTube API Services. By using it you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page.

TIKTOK, INSTAGRAM AND X

Publishing to TikTok uses the TikTok Content Posting API, publishing to Instagram uses the Instagram Graph API by Meta. Their own terms and privacy policies apply: TikTok, Instagram, X. Access can be revoked in the security or connected-apps settings of each platform.

DELETION

When access is revoked or the tool is retired, we delete the stored tokens within 7 days. Questions: send a direct message to @alphaapexstudio on Instagram or @alphaapexstudio on X.
